“I'd recently read Oliver Stone's Untold History and had previously read Hunter S Thompson's Fear and Loathing on the Campaign Trail so I'd listened to the podcast on Nixon with preconceived ideas. In a way this challenged them and certainly stimulated a desire to explore deeper into the subject - which must be the historian's goal.
As a package the podcast is extremely professional to such an extent that it stands on a par with anything produced by the mainstream broadcasters. It's a major achievement and I look forward to Roifield's 'take' on the next president in line. Top class.”Read full review »
