So cool

Fear is a human condition. It’s an uncomfortable emotion and can be based in fact or a fiction we have concocted or base instinct. Hearing about the fears of others, no matter what they are based on, is a comforting and cathartic experience. Somehow, these podcasts bring my fears into a more...Read full review »

I really like these. Its a novel idea and it makes me think. I wish I was more superficially scared like some of these people. I am glad I am not as paranoid as others. Some I was unnerved by how dead on they were to me. I dont really binge. I found one or two triggering so I take them as they...Read full review »

I’m scared I will run out of episodes. Amy, you had me at “ramps” and I love this pod cast!

I found this podcast depressing.

This podcast is such a treat. I look forward to seeing it in my feed. It’s so human and profound: so much impact delivered in a handful of minutes of radio.

I could listen to people talk about their fears all day. Actually, I did.
epnmiller via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 11/14/19
Frankly, I don’t know what makes this show so mesmerizing—the engaging sound production and music? The poignant, raw, funny, heartbreaking fears? The candor and guts of the speakers? I really don’t know, but I fell in love within minutes. Thank you.

Guess I am not a person who spend time pondering what I am afraid of. Because of that I find this podcast depressing. I Can not listen to it. Not for me.

Totally binging this podcast. I am fascinated to listen to other humans’ fears, and to feel how unique and yet together we are.

Great snippets that serve as windows into the lives of others. Many of their fears are my own...and I feel less lonely knowing that.
TotallyTurnedOff99 via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 09/11/19
Love Ten Things. I feel connected to other people’s inner fears and oddly that’s comforting.

Looked forward to this but the best I can muster is meh. Hard to identify the problem. One issue is the soundtrack. It seems very disjointed with the sound bites very abrupt and even noisy. Get the feeling this is on purpose but it doesn’t work for me. Also, each episode is sooo short...too short....Read full review »

I’m so happy I found this podcast. I have always had a terrible time admitting vulnerability,—even feeling it, let alone admitting it exists. I’m going to say what my 10 things are that scare me. Thanks for thinking of this!!

We are all so similar. It’s comforting to know that we all are scared little children.

I love this podcast! Everyone who comes on the show has a fear that I can relate to. Some episodes are funny, some are sad, all of them are delightful.

I feel much less alone in my constant, low-level dread of collapse from anxiety (and less worried that I have completely gone off the rails by way of the hyper-vigilant, doomsday-preparation-like streamlining of every aspect of my life that I have embraced while waiting for an attack that will...Read full review »

I was brought to tears by his singing. And as a 57 year old -I loved hearing the fears of “getting older.”

Really enjoying this quirky little podcast. It’s a window into other people’s psyches that makes me want to get to know more people. Good balance of whimsy and seriousness, and a slightly meditative vibe.

It’s nice to know other people feel the same as I do.
kazzmoney via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 04/11/19
There is something very comforting about hearing someone list ten fears. I was immediately inspired to do my own list. Lots of variety in the guests, nice bite-sized listen.

I love this odd little podcast, cannot get enough. Since the first episodes I'm hooked, perhaps because nothing unites us more than our fears, and I've felt connected to every one of the contributors (except Anthony Scaramucci). The best part is the music -- I could listen to a lot more...Read full review »

Why is this a show?

There was the Trisha Hope episode. Listen, y’all talk about equality and not being bigoted racist but T**** is a racist and you give platforms to his followers, especially a woman who claims to have been a part of the #MeToo movement yet defend Brent K. I guess that’s “voting/voicing against your...Read full review »

This show gives you comfort knowing you’re not the only one with illogical fears and real ones, too.
mirrormagpie via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 03/23/19
Such a great concept but so poorly executed. Instead of fears, you get people whining about things they disgree with or differing concepts they don't want to exist. Nothing more than an single throated echo chamber of liberals -- there may be other viewpoints, but I never heard one out of...Read full review »

I love this podcast but am really disappointed in how they differentiate between listeners and contributors that they’ve sought out. It undermines the sense of common humanity and makes it about status or something. I’m interested in everyone’s fears and stories, equally!
Thomas AJ via Apple Podcasts · Canada · 03/12/19
This show is helping me acknowledge my own fears in a way that is not scary. It’s helping me understand people better and I absolutely love it.
Anna 3572628 via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 03/12/19
This is perhaps the greatest podcast ever produced. It has all of the emotion and vulnerability of an hour and a half long interview podcast and enthralling sound design all in just four to seven minutes.
dpwupam via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 03/10/19
I love that this podcast is going out of its way to talk to people from all walks of life to show how similar we all really are. Everyone has fears, and instead of hiding them this podcast is using them to unite us. Seriously good stuff; keep it up!
Superawal via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 03/07/19
I enjoy relating to some people’s fears and enjoy hearing other people’s perspectives. Keep it up!
rivrrunnr via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 03/06/19
The host is right, listening to other people’s fears is fascinating. The audio is really interesting, I’ve never gotten bored of listening to this podcast, and it definitely makes me feel less alone
Tikvaleah via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 02/28/19
I’m reminded that I am not just one person that anything happens to. It’s good to know a lot of us have the same fears. Thanks for sharing everyone.

This is a really special, one of a kind podcast series. It’s more impactful and moving than anything else I’ve ever listened to, and I’ve been listening to podcasts right from the beginning. The material just blows me away. In one word: Wow.
