Annie-Elise has become one of two true crime presenters that I continually recommend to friends (both online and off) *** The details that she captures in her YouTube videos and here on Serialously are the most thorough and complete of the dozen or so true crime channels I listen to/watch every...Read full review »

Please don't come to charlotte, NC. I don't get this podcast. Its like listening to a kind of smart 10th grader. If you are over the age of 16, she will bore you with her spastic side comments.Read full review »

I listen to several true crime podcasts this one if my favorite. just finished listening to the episode where the husband drugged the wife and had seventy-two men violate her , what confuses me is the men saying they thought it was the couple roll playing but the husband told them to undress...Read full review »

I like the way she tells her stories and includes actual facts.

I don’t know if it’s spelled that way or it’s 2c. It’s a concoction of just about every drug known to man and there’s a case where a girl was on it and killer some people driving.

There's just something about the host that hits my ear wrong. Her voice is like listening to five year old tell a story that they're making up as they go along. And there's a lot of sensationalization; everything is "THE most horrible, gruesome crime EVER!!!!" Everything is a...Read full review »

Annie does a great job telling the story of a case in a way that is informative, concise, and also respectful to victims. I also like that I’ve learned about a lot of new and less publicized cases from her, but she also covers current true crime news as well as does deep dives on well known...Read full review »

I like Annie! She seems cool and like someone I could hang out with. I like that she covers a wide variety of cases here and on her YT channel. I discovered a lot of cases I’ve never heard about from listening to her. There are issues though. my biggest pet peeve in true crime breakdowns is...Read full review »

I love Annie’s podcast. She doesn’t sensationalize true crime - she presents facts, engages her audience, and stays respectful to victims and their families. I have no idea why anyone thinks she’s political - she keeps that stuff OUT of the podcast (because it’s none of our business!!). Just...Read full review »

Annie! You should refrain from always knocking the balls outa the park! I’m plum tired of chasing them! However, as always Annie succeeds yet again. She is impeccable with her story selections, content and most importantly-FACT CHECKING. Annie delivers a most appealing and enjoyable story.

There is too much talking about all the possibilities. You say things like, well it could have been …or it could have been…or it could have been.., but I don’t think it was because…,and as far as the other thing I don’t think it was…because…. Be more succinct and talk a little slower

Really love this podcast, the content, the host but there have been a couple times that the host drops side facts that are unverified and untrue. Example her reference to Joanne and Chip Gains being from the same city- Magnolia as this HGtV couple which is untrue -they are from Waco. Additionally...Read full review »

I appreciate how thoroughly the events are presented. There are many details in the deep dives. I also love the updates. What I am struggling with is the judgment of people in cases and how Annie gets on her high horse and goes on and on about how awful people are or what people did wrong. I...Read full review »

- There’s a lot of “I’m not blaming the victim, but…” - There’s a lot of meanness and a lack of empathy, like saying “gross bunions” instead of saying, “painfully crippling bunions.” It’s just a small example of how superficial and narcissistic the host is. - She’s overly obsessed with the...Read full review »

Loved this episode! The Medina burglary couldn’t have happened on the 26th as many reporters will say, by then, they were camping out in front of Laci’s and Scott’s house (they would have been able to report on the burglary in real time lol). The police deemed that it occurred on Dec. 26th. The...Read full review »

Very well done show. Thoroughly researched, very well delivered. 5 stars. I do however have to unfollow bc just the subject lines alone are very dark. Can’t handle that much darkness. (ie: husband drugs wife, has 72 men rape her). My 1 unfollow won’t stop Annie’s rise. She’s a top notch...Read full review »

• The big, wet, deep breaths can be edited out. • If you want to use big words, pronounce or use them correctly. • Stop using phrases like ‘I’m not victim blaming, but…’. You are, in fact, victim blaming.

I love Annie and I only gave 4 stars BECAUSE I think with all her talent that her podcasts could/should be longer than 25-35 min. I’m always just getting interested in the podcast and then it’s over!! So, that is the ONLY reason i didn’t give 5 stars.

The host gets her words wrong (like saying reprimanded instead of saying remanded). Her grammar is off at times so if listening to someone like that gets on your nerves, you should find a different True Crime podcast. Other than that, it’s good. I don’t get any new info as all the True Crime...Read full review »

You’re amazing and Scott Peterson is absolutely guilty. Even if the duct tape comes back with someone else’s DNA 🧬 that still doesn’t rule him out! You are the ultimate true crime bestie. Please do a deep dive of Timothy Bliefnick who killed his wife Becky! Another deep dive of Curtis and Cory Lovelace! Both of these are in my hometown where I grew up and I think they’re good ones because it leaves the community still puzzled to this day!
