We need to bring together a group of people who can challenge human ingenuity to find solutions withing a given timeframe like President Kennedy did, when he initiated the Apollo programme.
We need someone like Prime Minister Churchill who may only offer 'blood, sweat and tears', but whose call will be heard loud and clear by all.
