“I spend 90% of my time living out of hotel rooms. This podcast gave me an interesting workout option I can stick with, no matter where I go. A great supplement to my old crunches/pushups/squats/treadmill routine. The 20 minute format is perfect for hectic schedules. I love the routines, but the best part is the PDF guides. I can study the moves before a workout and look up info on any I'm not familiar with. And I don't have to lug a book around with me!
