Fantastic concept and very good quality
These are great podcasts to take with you so you can enjoy your yoga sessions outdoors, at home, at the gym, anywhere. The pose guides are great and very helpful, but once you've gone through the sequences once you don't need them as the instructors do an excellent job of audibly guiding you through. I especially love that they're 20 minutes; more experienced practitioners can do a couple to get a longer workout and beginners (or busy folk) can do their sun salutation and still get to work on time. One note - they don't describe modified positions for those who have had an injury, who are new to yoga, or who have back issues, nor can someone check to be sure you're in correct form, so they're better as a supplement to regular yoga practice with a qualified yogi and not best for beginners. But as a tool to help get daily practice in, they're fantastic. Please remember to donate! Good karma and keeps this excellent service going. $12 and you're good for a year!Read full review »
