“At home I use it on the stereo, but I've also taken YogaDownload to hotels, on the beach ... Though they can't jump out of the iPod and see what you are doing right or wrong like my real-life instructor does, they do seem to give the perfect tip just when you need it and they guide you so that your breathing is the right place and the pace is perfect.
