The narrator does not make it clear what pose comes next and does not make it clear when you start the next pose. This podcast goes way too fast and even on half speed it is difficult to understand what it happening.

It makes yoga so easy- I can take it on the road with me (I travel a lot) and I love just listening to it and using the pose guides for my yoga practice.
