Great way to improve your yoga practice!
Short sessions (usually 30 minutes after set-up and cool down) are easy to fit into a busy schedule, and the classes vary so you can pick the one that's right where you need it (or try out something different). Some of the more intermediate classes are a bit too fast for me, but the slide show versions of the podcast help me figure out where my body should be so I can get it right the next time. These are amazing podcasts. It's almost as good as having a private yoga instructor with you in the room and available whenever you want.
