It is amazing how much you can do in 20 minutes. These routines are very well organized. After 20 minutes you feel totally rejuvenated and happy. Very good quality, cues are great and timely. High recommended.

I spend many days and nights in hotels. Even on busy days, I can usually find 25 minutes to help wake me up or get me ready for sleep. The podcasts are easy to follow and allow for all levels. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a little help getting their personal yoga practice a boost.

I love the length of these workouts. The pose guides are great too! I would recommend these yoga workouts for anyone who likes to do yoga, but doesn't have the time to do an hour long session. The 20 minutes is perfect!Read full review »
