Literally helped change my life

This positive mindfulness challenge has helped change my inner voice. It was around day 10 that I realized I was mindful of the positive things around me and inside of me! Thank you!!

This is great for any level of meditation practice. Its casual but extremely effective.

Great meditation

I was looking for something short and guided that I could do for a period of time to get into a routine. I tried a few podcasts that post daily but this one is by far one of the best. I appreciate that the commentary is in the beginning and there are no jarring ads in the middle. Also the visuals she walks you through allowed me to stay focus orat least keep coming back to my breath and get refocused. I recommend this if you are looking to get started way better than half of the programs aligned with fitness apps
