After a tough 2023 we sat down for a frank and open chat with the Island's Chief Minister, Alf Cannan. He outlined what he wants to see happen in 2024, what lessons his administration have learnt in their first two years, and how his life has changed since taking the top job.

Tom Skinner is the larger than life Essex entrepreneur who first found his way into the public conscious via season 15 of The Apprentice. He has since built a huge following thanks to his daily updates on Tik Tok, his many varied TV appearances, and most recently his new book 'Graft: How to smash life'. We speak about everything from what makes a good roast dinner, to how to succeed in business.

With a bucket load of TT podiums under his belt, and a legion of adoring fans we speak to one of the TT's biggest stars, Conor Cummins. After bouncing back from a near career ending injury in 2010 Conor has continued to defy critics by turning in consistently brilliant performances, and only narrowly missing out on the win on a number of occasions. He balances race life with family life, and a side line career as 'the Coffeeman'. He takes us through how he makes it all happen, and his plans for 2024.

Annette is one of the most recognisable faces working in British television today. Since she started in 1975 she's appeared in nearly 200 TV shows, and films, and is also a very well respected theatre actor. She is perhaps best known for her roles in Eastenders, Dr Who, Ted Lasso, Big Boys and Midsomer Murders. We caught up with her in-between rehearsals for a festive production of Hansel and Gretel at The Globe Theatre.

Jamie Laing first burst onto our screens in series 2 of 'Made in Chelsea' back in 2011. Since coming off the show he's established some incredibly popular podcasts, appeared in numerous tv shows, and started his own confectionary company - Candy Kittens. This conversation was recorded back in late October (hence references to Halloween!)
