“Living in New Zealand means there’s not much American Football coverage, but I’ve always enjoyed watching it. Around the start of 2011 at the start of the Harbough era, my dad when on a business trip to Texas. He decided to by me and my brother NFL pyjamas. My brother got cowboys pyjamas and I got 49ers pyjamas. From that point on I’ve been a 9ers fan. The time difference down under can make it hard, but regardless I still watch their games in those same pj’s even though they don’t fit me anymore.
So that’s the bizarre reason I’m an 49ers fan, and I’m so glad I got the 49ers pj’s not the cowboys one. Dodged a bullet there.”
