“First of all thank you for making this amazing podcast. I ensure sure I make time every Monday night to listen. Making time every night of Joshua Ruiz 2 fight week wasn’t easy however I just about managed it!
My fighter of the year for 2019 is Canelo Alvarez. While not to everybody’s taste he continues to push boundaries and hit heights very few other fighters will ever even get close to. In my opinion he is close to transcending the sport.
My fight of the year is Inoue vs Donaire. Not only is this the best fight I have seen this year, it is the best fight I have seen in many years. Two elite forwards coming forward for 12 full rounds and neither taking a single step backwards throughout. Superb stuff.
