“Sea and sand, cold beers and hot days, railway children and their Dad. Certain words and things naturally belong together. I doubt I’m the only listener giddy with excitement at the return of Mike Costello and feeling a slight tinge of sadness that this won’t continue. I understand that presenters are tied to one broadcaster but all stake holders would have their intellectual properties value increased by having something as right as Costello & Bunce able to aftertime each week! They created a world which generates fans from the disinterested (initially me) ramps up excitement for fights and creates loyalty for the sport. The podcast is still comfortably the best of its genre even without Mike but I hope the special guest appearances become weekly and there is no need to change the email address Jack!”
