Overdue review - an icon in the making
Apologies for the overdue review, but now I’m on furlough I’ve time on my hands. Just wanted to complement the two of you on the fantastic quality of the show year after year - a few scoops, a few laughs and a few after-timer specials - the perfect blend. Now whilst not directly connected to the pod, what prompted me to get in touch was the BBC website’ anniversary special of Costello’s 3rd round commentary of AJvRuiz in MSG. I synced Costello’s oratory with the youtube clip of the round, and his description is just spine tingling and makes me even more desperate for the return of the sport now… And sorry to say it Buncey & Jack - Costello will become to our younger generation, what Harry Carpenter was for my father’s generation and will become an iconic voice long after we’re all gone. Just don’t let it go to his head Buncey! Keep up the good work!

Excellent stuff. Always look forward to listening during my lunch break. These two are the best in the business for boxing news and analysis. Would like to see a segment on advice for an amateur wanting to turn pro?
