“I consider myself new to boxing and it’s history and would like to say to anyone wanting to learn more about the sport, this is the podcast. Both Mike and Bunce know so so much and have helped me untold amounts in learning what to look for in a fight and what to educate myself on in boxing history of great fights/fighters.
Having been drawn to boxing in the AJ Klitschko fight (which still has to be one of the best I’ve seen), I decided to listen to Costello and Bunce’s analysis and since then haven’t missed an episode. It’s enabled me to have a greater understanding of what fights are on, and when watching, having a greater insight of the fighters, which makes (as a new fan) it so much more enjoyable. Should also point out boys, that after-timing is called hindsight, and hindsight is a wonderful thing!”
