I heard what you were talking about tight end premium and I couldn’t agree more about the tight end position.
In one of my leagues, we changed the tight end and kicker positions to a flex and then we added tight end premium to scoring and removed the defense. Then we added the ability to add kickers, to a flex position. So our league settings were like this

Flex(RB, WR, TE, Kicker)

I think that next year I am going to suggest to have the QB to 6 pts per passing TD to try to increase the value of traditional passing qbs like Brady, Stanford, and Cousins and it keeps QBs like Tyrod Taylor who are for real bottom level qbs out of the top 12 QBs.

I was skeptical at first bc I didn’t think some guys with an English accent would know what they’re taking about but I listen to every fantasy podcast there is and this by far the best one.
