The only law podcast I listen to
I’m a civil public defender and got hooked on the episode on Bennis v. Michigan discussing police propert seizure and civil forfeiture (aka theft). The trio are smart, funny, and keep me laughing instead of crying. And I don’t understand what all the fuss is in the comments about the hosts laughing. It’s funny and y’all are haters so get stuffed

Was super excited to listen to this podcast, as a law student in my final year I love nerding out over Supreme Court decisions especially the controversial ones that are decided on ideological lines of 5-4. The concept of reviewing critical cases and the political influences of the justices just screams 5 stars. Well insert this podcast as the poster child to make you confident in three peoples ability to logically argue both sides of an issue.
