Biased
This podcast is extremely biased. They only talk about the rights of the people and the promises made by the constitution. They don’t consider the needs of the ultra rich and making the police’s job of harassing people easier. Should talk more about why the justices actually do understand the common man, like those who lend them private jets.

The concept of reviewing critical cases and the political influences of the justices just screams 5 stars. Well insert this podcast as the poster child to make you confident in three peoples ability to logically argue both sides of an issue.
