Please, no 'jokes' about bodily harm
To improve this podcast, cool it with the violence 'jokes' involving blatant winks at fantasies about shooting or otherwise killing SCOTUS justices, stalking and doing JFC knows what to their children, etc. These invitations to violent ideation aren't funny in any context, least of all the one we're in now. For your own individual futures as well as our common one, you all should consider leaving this brand of sophomoric (or really, more like 8th-grade) 'humor' to the fascists and incels and sociopath social-media provocateurs who love it on the right.Read full review »

I was expecting lawyerly talk about constitutional issues. This is 180 degrees from that. I can not even explain how horrible this podcast is. If I could give negative stars I would. So so sooo bad. Do not listen.
