A squandering of intelligence, talent and passion
Started listening to get background on certain court decisions. Failed in this aspect. No comprehensive background on the cases. Very partisan and biased micro analysis before degrading into vulgar riffing on the opposing view. I was not dismayed by the fact that the pod was clearly biased but by the fact that they make no attempt to argue any judicial or legal theory/prudence/opinion etc. Would love to hear comprehensive arguments against these decisions. Guess I’ll have to do the homework they clearly failed to do and read the descents for myself.
