This novel appealed me on multiple levels. There was the sci-fi novel reading college kid in me not wanting to put the book down even though it was 3:20 in the morning. There was the school aged boy watching Empire Strikes Back for the 57th time and still feeling the chills run up my back as Han Solo was betrayed by his friend Lando. There is the professor who loves the philosophical questions 7th Son demands of its listeners. I am the old time radio buff, who found 7th Son when he went looking for more antiquated entertainment.
