He didn't want his anxiety to become his identity so he learned where it came from and put what he learned into practice daily. This episode will break down everything he learned and what he does to keep it from controlling his actions or determining his future.

The podcast started off great. I had to shut off the recent episode... seems like it’s turned into nothing but a personal self help monetary supplement for the author. Get back on track. Don’t turn this into an advertisement.
