In episode 105 I speak with Dougie Musson, who is a professional runner based in Birmingham. He started running around eight years old. In his early career he focused on the middle distance events. His PB’s include:

He recently transitioned into marathon running, his first marathon he was a pacer for the 2020 Great Britain Olympic marathon trials. In October 2021 he is competing in the elite field for the 2021 Virgin Money London Marathon.
In this conversation we talk about:
How he manages working full time whilst training at an elite level
Exploring how he pivoted and approached running after setbacks
Reflecting on the lessons learnt from his first marathon, that he’ll take forward into the 2021 London marathon
We dive into his mindset
Plus so much more
