If decluttering were a metaphor for life
I have been listening for a couple of years on my way to work in the morning and I found Dana’s voice and casual approach to be so comforting and encouraging - like have a good friend come over and help you host a garage sale. She is honest but gentle and empathetic and has a grasp on what it’s like to be in the mindset of a someone overwhelmed. As someone with ADHD who is expected to be “the organized one” in my family, Dana has helped me take the stress out of decluttering. Ive shared her tips with my family members and friends and I find her words of wisdom can be applied to all parts of life! When I found this podcast and heard Dana talk about time passage awareness, slob vision and project brain, I finally felt like I found a safe place for my cluttered mind. Thank you for all you do Dana!

Dana is so real and it is so great to hear someone not “perfect” but even if some things are so simple they need to be to get my butt moving so I appreciate the simplistic and realistic advice!

her advice is simple, direct and easy to follow. It has certainly helped with my housekeeping. Believe me I needed it.
