Simone Biles withdrew from the individual all-around competition at the Tokyo Olympics. Biles made the decision so she can focus on her mental health. Michael Phelps, the most decorated Olympian of all time admitted he experiences depression and was suicidal after his fourth Olympics. Not just for these athletes but in Biles' words - "We have to protect our mind and our body rather than just go out there and do what the world wants us to do."
