BEST Podcast to Understand ACT
Jen and John are a terrific team and demonstrate the consummate balance between knowing so much about ACT to ask really advanced questions, and still being in touch with early learners to ask foundational questions or to have interviewees clarify important concepts. No matter how much you’ve learned, this podcast is amazing for understanding ACT. For experts, it’s great to hear how others describe the concepts and the exercises used. I’m far from an expert, but past a novice. Bring it back team!!

Joanne and Tim are great hosts that make the podcasts feel less like an interview with the guest and more like you are sitting down with them for tea and getting an informal consultation. I have used ACT in my practice for 20+yrs. and still learn so much from you both. Wonderful work.
