I like the conversations but I think we could get more
The commentators offer philosophical conversations and also spend a lot of time on how they got to be ACT therapists...which can be interesting at times. What I really want is real world scenarios, techniques, and ACT skills to help me grow as an ACT therapist. Maybe I am in the minority, but it’s also what I loved about the early episodes. One of the most recent episodes spent 20 min on LCD and the possibly therapeutic benefits..interesting for sure, just not what I come to an ACT in context podcast for.
