“I was diagnosed with ADHD at 34 years old this week. I have a lifetime of experiences that should have led me to this realization sooner but here I am. Just now putting it all together.
I took the weekend to get away on a solo trip and took the time to really dig into my feelings about all of this… I was on a hike and randomly searched podcast for Woman with ADHD and found your podcast. I listened to that one, and then another and another and another. It wasn’t just the hyper focus kicking in… I was relating and learning so much! I’ve got tangible next steps of coaches and yoga I want to look into. That’s huge for me.
I have forgiven myself for things I didn’t even know I was holding onto . I’m tapping into understanding myself in a whole new way. So thank you. Thank you for each and every episode . You are changing lives by casting the light on how to thrive and pivot with as a woman living with ADHD .”
