Relatable and informative
As an adult woman, it's been hard to find info, especially on the correlation between ADHD and perimenopause which I suspected for year. This podcast is a relief and helps me to understand that I'm not alone. I took one star off because there are times where Tracey launches into an episode using terms and acronyms without explaining them, even briefly. I assume this is because she has covered these topics and terms in earlier episodes, however, to those of us who are new, we may be skipping around (ADHD!) to listen to episodes that are both new and old. Also, it seems anxious ADHD is referenced much more than depressive ADHD. I'd love to hear more about it! Aside from those small observations, a great podcast!Read full review »

I’ve just realised I have inattentive ADHD. I have terrible issues with time. Listening to the episodes on time makes so much sense to me!
