Great Guests 👍
I’m so glad for this focused podcast on the male experience with ADHD. I especially liked Kristian Moton’s perspective on education!

Hit or Miss!
The good episodes are so good, lots of awesome conversations about masculinity, race, and navigating adhd. They should really be more selective about who they interview, though. Some episodes are total pseudoscience junk, especially around diet. Listen at your own risk and be critical.
