My Perspective As A Mental Health Care Professional

I am a mental health care professional who has ADHD and overall I really like this podcast. I love the underlying philosophy of the book that this podcast revolves around, that being that ADHD isn’t a disorder, but rather, an evolution of a hunter mindset.
My only “complaint” for lack of a better word, is that sometimes they make clinical claims about ADHD that aren’t true. The hosts are very insightful and obviously speak from experience, but I wish that they would stick strictly to experience instead of talking about the clinical aspects such as testing, diagnostic criteria, etc. You really need an education in mental health care to be able to fully speak about ADHD in an clinically accurate way.

A fan and a student

This podcast is clear and concise. The topics covered are relatable and his tools are easy to apply to real life. Anyone can use these , not just hunter types. The idea of being a hunter type sounds so confident.
