“All in the Mind has to be one of my favourite podcasts. Aside from being interesting, several of their episodes have directed me towards managing my depression through mindfulness and diet. These techniques have helped me to come of anti-depressants and I’ve now developed strategies to manage on my own. If you have/ had mental health issues or you know someone with mental health issues (so pretty much everyone!) you will find something in here to help/inspire/ give hope.”
