Much-needed, thoughtful, brilliant
Christian leaders have misnomered wise and necessary critics of the popular theology as "heresy" since the beginning of time, when in actuality, many of those reflections were not only valid but crucial. This is one of those voices calling out hypocrisy and advocating for a better vision of what God really desires from us. I personally know one of the pastors from my (former) church and several guests, and let me assure you: they are the most genuine, real-deal, kind-hearted, compassionate people you will ever meet.
