Folksy, really helpful water cooler for writers
I am really, really liking this new podcast. I’ve long been a freelance writer and this podcast is providing so much helpful knowledge that could help a freelancer up her game. This is the kind of info and insights you often just don’t get if you’re working from home. Just a few examples that were seriously helpful, validating and empowering: their discussion of the minutia of keeping track of your research, struggling to switch back and forth b/w shorter deadline assignments and a longterm book project, and —eureka!—their tech talk about apps that have helped them in phone interviews. As I am about to return to the FT working world while determined to continue working on my first novel, I’m plan to listen to their weekly podcasts for friendly inspiration. Robyn Pforr Ryan

This is in my top 3 podcasts that I listen to weekly. Ditto the other reviewer, “I feel like it’s made for me,” it resonates so much. Love the #amreading segment, but really like it all👍
