I really enjoy this podcast and appreciate that you do your homework on the chefs/guests . I think it helps you ask some great questions and allowing the guests to open up . Keep turning over those stones !

Andrew has an easy way to elicit the whys behind chefs stories. He goes beyond the list of restaurants that chefs have worked to understand their background and what they bring to the table and what lessons they have learned along the way. Very informative and people centric.
