Entertaining and informative
Been listening for years now. Often a treat for industry folks and “civilians “ alike. It’s not as much about food and restaurant life as it is about our common struggle in life, love and career. I’m from a “front of house” background (waiters, bartenders, managers) so I love to listen in to a chefs perspective. It’s a voice rarely heard in house other than business and discipline. Check out the older episodes! Many familiar names.
