I learn something every time
Andrew has a crazy diversity of guests on the show that all have something unique to teach. Amongst the industry heavy hitters are neighbourhood chefs and restaurant sees. There’s new chefs and older chefs, the ones that influenced the current influencers, and everything in between. I really dig his work, the curation of guests is great, the questions that he asks and the history he gives is fantastic to see where it came from and where it’s going. Highly recommended

This is a great program with a knowledgeable and skilled host. You will learn about the experiences of many of the world’s best chefs. Required listening for young cooks, experienced chefs, and culinary enthusiasts.
