Great Podcast!!!!!
This podcast couldn’t have come a better time in my life. I am a line cooked turned chef and to be able to listen to chefs that I look up to is great. Having a family and a full time job the idea of being able to go work for guys like David Kinch seems almost impossible. Luckily I have cookbooks and podcast like this. Every episode I learn about achieving goals, being a teacher, and most of all what it takes to be a chef. If you are a young cook start from episode one try to listen to one or two a day. You will not regret it!
