Such a great podcast! I listen to many podcasts, but none of them are fiction except Arden. It's X-files via Jasper Fforde. All of the actors are amazing, and the writing is top-notch. Thank you!Read full review »

Arden is so far a great podcast! I wouldn’t classify it as a “parody of true crime” as others have, but it offers up an interesting story. I think the protagonists also have great chemistry. The show is well produced and worth listening to! (Side note: great to hear Michelle Agresti again! Really...Read full review »

I’m fairly fussy about my audio dramas, but this one is pretty funny. (Andy Wheyface cracks me up! Who knew Hollywood was a place?) The premise is a true crime podcast (parody), with one host being a “journalist”/celebrity stalker and the other a former officer turned PI/conspiracy theorist. With...Read full review »

This show is so good. I listened to the whole thing in 2 days!

It SEEMS like just a comedy but it ends with a healthy dose of drama. Fantastic writing, producing, acting...one of the best audio fiction podcasts I’ve ever heard. It’s got an awesome storyline. Can’t wait for another season.

I love this audio drama. It is hilarious and yet actually has a good mystery element too. Sometimes it is hard to have an enjoyable amount of both, but in my opinion this podcast pulls it off really well.

I think it’s hilarious and love the banter. Just a super fun podcast overall.

I love the concept of this podcast, but I feel like the writers think that annoying bickering is waaaaaaaaay more comedic than it actually is. It’s so annoying and I feel like it would be much funnier if the characters worked off each others quirks instead of constantly negging each other....Read full review »

Why the eff do people feel the need to graphically describe rape? Is that entertainment? Absolutely loved it up until that point but will no longer subscribe.

Arden is a fresh, funny take on the crime genre. Brenda and Bea are dynamic, and their chemistry is undeniable. The first season’s mystery is also compelling enough to stand on its own. It starts off with a human torso in the trunk of a car and only gets wilder from there. I have high hopes for...Read full review »

The mystery is gripping and fulfilling, the dialogue is funny and relatable, and it’s just weird enough to stand out from other fictionalized serial dramas without hitting too-quirky-for-it’s-own-good territory. LGBT rep abounds, and all of the relationships, romantic or otherwise, are fun and...Read full review »

This show is brilliant and beautiful. I didn’t quite click to the theme until halfway through. It was recommended to me via myths and legends and I have not regretted it. One of the best podcasts I have ever listened to. Keep it up! Can’t wait for season 2!!!

The plot seems a bit rote and underwhelming. The same story has been told a million times. I found the hosts a little grating. Cannot be mentioned in the same breath as the Black Tapes and Limetown. No way.

I like the ending and the heart felt way it ended. There were times throughout that the character development wasn’t my favorite, but in the end it worked.

I love the story, the music, and acting. But. The volume is a killer! It goes from loud to quiet to variable from the actors screaming or yelling that I can’t imagine a person listening to it with earphones. I’m listening in the car and with a Bluetooth speaker and it’s difficult!

Both characters play well against each other. The commercials during the podcast is hilarious.

I love this podcast so much! It’s a mystery that has genuinely kept me engaged throughout all the episodes - it’s both absolutely hilarious and pretty unsettling, as well as having amazing music and great voice acting!

Thoroughly enjoying the show. Characters are fun. Story is interesting. Love the style of storytelling. Volume needed to hear the dialogue is so high that then when the characters yell or otherwise get loud it actually hurts. You turn it down as fast as you can and then miss important dialogue...Read full review »

I have no idea how they can top season 1, which was and is and will always be freaking fantastic. Arden is fantastic, it kept me highly entertained and on the edge of my seat till the very end; I can’t wait for Season 2! The entire cast did a marvelous job; Brenda’s assistant is my favorite.

I couldn’t find these two arguing over and over anything other than annoying. But maybe that’s the point. I don’t know. This one just isn’t for me.

This is a terrific story. Very, very funny but gets serious when it needs too. A talented cast that gives a funny and well paced performance. Michelle Agresti (one of the best voice actors out there) and Tracey Sayed really play off of each other well. I can’t recommend it higher!
