We are in a series called Steps: you’ve heard of the enneagram; you’ve read a little, maybe listened to a podcast or two; you’ve maybe read an intro book. But you’re wondering, “now what?” Well, look no further. This series will walk through a series of steps on what to do with enneagram knowledge once you have it, and how to move along a path from where you are now towards health and wholeness. This step is one we talk about often, Stance Work. We go around the circle discussing the repressed centers, and some practices that can be developed to strengthen that center and bring balance.
