The Heros are my Heros
I started listening to the pod in the middle of the 2016 season, but I consider myself a long-time listener because I have binge listened to every single episode since the off season began. As a Patriots fan, I have an affinity for NFL Network's Gregg Rosenthal but each hero brings their own special flavor to the pod. Hardcore Jets fan (his only fault) and fearless host Dan Hanzus brings a perfect blend of mirth and analysis to the group. "The Quiet Storm" Marc Sessler is a jaded fan of the woe-begone Cleveland Browns who's wild predictions (known as "Sesslers") along with his sound analysis sprinkled with clever, witty remarks have kept me enthralled in the show from the first day I started listening. Finally, there is "The Mailman" Chris Wesseling, who's cantankerous attitude as well as his vast knowledge of the game (earning him a second nickname, "The Scientist") are not only entertaining but informative as well. All in all, the ATNFL Podcast is a bunch of football-heads who know how to have a good time. I like this kind of party!Read full review »

Good podcast. great cast of enthusiastic journalists. They stick mostly to Football topics and don't digress too far off topic. The best part is they are not burdened down with guests who are entertainers, politicians or ex-footballers. Great producer!Read full review »
