A wealth of information, some gendered language
This podcast is jam packed with information. Jennifer Dasal does an incredible job researching, writing and producing. The episodes are written with narrative arcs, making the experience of listening sometimes a suspenseful and always an engaging one. My only qualm is sometimes the language Dasal uses can be gendered. For example, Michelangelo's women sculptures look masculine but are still beautiful. Or in the Jack the Ripper episode, so far only prostitutes were victims but were other women at risk? It's a small point that does not impede my enjoyment. Thanks for this podcast; I hope it continues.Read full review »
