Haven’t missed it for 35 years
Offering As It Happens as a podcast makes living abroad endurable. Of course the format hasn’t changed greatly since the days of Barbara From and Al Maitland and that’s partly what makes it such a delight every evening (or morning elsewhere on the planet). It strikes a special balance between the serious and the quirky, offering something that is both uplifting and a call to do better. Its hosts are brilliant and insightful.
