We are truly blessed here at Zion's Glory Church to have Pastor Asfaw Bekele serving the Lord as our Pastor. He is the founder pastor of our church. He is truly a man dedicated to the teaching and preaching God's Word, as he is led by the Holy Spirit. He will not compromise his position on the word of God, his beliefs, his standards or values to go along with today's popular opinion. He has high standards for himself, his family and our church. He is most assuredly a man called of God to this position. Pastor Asfaw and his wife, Tigist Amha Desta, feel that God called them here to raise their family and to be a loving, caring, and thoughtful Pastor to our congregation and community.

    psalm 27 - መዝሙረ ዳዊት 27

This psalm is ascribed to David, evidently written in a time of danger
(12). It may have been prompted by the help provided by Ahimelech the
priest, and the opposition of Doeg the Edomite, who saw David at the
tabernacle and later reported him to Saul (cf. 1Sa 21:1-10; 22:9).
This was also a time when David sought protection for his parents (cf. 1
Sam 22:3) which may have left David feeling abandoned (10).

    psalm 24 - መዝሙረ ዳዊት 24

1 The earth is the LORD's, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it; 2 for he founded it upon the seas and established it upon the waters. 3 Who may ascend the hill of the LORD? Who may stand in his holy place? 4 He who has clean hands and a pure heart, who does not lift up his soul to an idol or swear by what is false.
