Asia is more than a bundle of topics for "lectures" by established specialists. In this workshop, we put into practice a simple proposition: Asia is in Japan and Jana is in Asia. As such, the workshop walks you through the way(s) by which you bring Asia within your reach, and/or by which you bring yourself within Asia's reach. The workshop consists mainly of three parts:1)Introduction to what it means to study Asia; 2)Pratical Fieldwork; and 3)Presentations of what you construct what Asia is to you.
