It's like peanut butter
I found out about this show when I was listening to Astronomy Cast. I have been listening to that one for years now and they tend to get a little too technical; at times. Almost like they're speaking to an audience in that field of study or profession sometimes. It's a great podcast. In this one, an astrophysicist is breaking down the same concepts to a fundamental explanation of questions about the cosmos. He makes these same topics found in Astronomy Cast very easy to understand. Very basic and very thorough. I find myself in the middle between fundamental and technical. Ask A Spaceman compliments AC. If there were a peanut butter and jelly sandwich making competition, and there was a winner, Ask a Spaceman would be the peanut butter and Astronomy Cast would be the jelly. They, together, are like a really great peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Listening to both of them leaves me feeling like I'm being educated in a subject I'm deeply interested in and feeling like I understand it too. Ask a Spaceman is a great podcast.Read full review »
