Different triggers and sounds every week. Relax and Enjoy!

Let Kids Drift off to Sleep with ASMR - Voice Guided + Ocean Sound + Soft Music!

Let Kids Drift off to Sleep with ASMR - Voice Guided + Ocean Sound + Soft Music!

    (Experimental)

This video is intended for kids but anyone that need sleep can watch it too.

The other day, my friend told me that her son Josh actually asks his mom to play him some ASMR or some voice guided sleep videos to help him fall asleep and of course my friend turned to uncle Aidan's video (thank you) and Josh had the best sleep ever (I know because I have photo as proof 😂)

Josh wanted a voice guided video that takes him on an imaginary trip, so I made one.

This video starts with sounds of the ocean and then soft background music fades in, followed by a two and a half minutes of voice guided sleep taking you on a blue, breezy walk along the ocean. The ocean sound and background music will go on for another twenty minutes to help relaxing you and induce a deeper sleepy feeling.

For parents, here's a preview of the script.

"Good evening! It's time to start winding down and getting ready for a peaceful night's sleep. First, give your loved ones and your favorite stuffed animals a goodnight hug. Then, imagine yourself on a beautiful beach on a sunny day.

Now, it's time to prepare for bed. Put away your books, toys, and electronics, and turn off the lights. You can make your room feel calm and cozy by dimming the lights or playing this video to help you relax.

Take a few deep breaths, breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth. With each exhale, imagine releasing any worries you may have.

When you are in bed, picture yourself at the beach, you can feel the warmth of the sun on your skin and the sand between your toes. The sound of the waves crashing against the shore and the seagulls chirping overhead fills your ears.

Take a few deep breaths, breathing in the salty sea air and exhaling any worries or stress. Imagine the waves carrying away any negative thoughts or feelings, leaving you feeling peaceful and relaxed.

As you walk along the beach, feel the gentle ocean breeze blowing through your hair and the sun on your face. You see the sparkling blue water stretching out before you and the sand dunes in the distance.

Take a moment to reflect on your day at the beach. Did you build sandcastles, collect seashells, or go swimming in the ocean? Did you have fun with your family and friends? Remember all the happy moments from your day.

Now, as you continue to imagine yourself on the beach, let yourself feel a sense of gratitude. Think about all the things you're thankful for, like the beauty of nature, the warmth of the sun, and the joy of spending time with loved ones.

As you drift off to sleep, remember the peaceful feeling of the beach and the happy memories you made. Know that you can always return to this peaceful place in your mind whenever you need to feel calm and happy.

Sweet dreams, little one! May you sleep peacefully and wake up feeling refreshed and ready for a new day of adventures. Nighty night!"

    Thanks for watching!

Take an ASMR walk with me- Crunchy Snow Sounds with Calming Nature Ambience + Positive Affirmations

Take an ASMR walk with me- Crunchy Snow Sounds with Calming Nature Ambience + Positive Affirmations

    Hello, and welcome back!

I wanted to share something unique with you today. Here is an episode of Tommy and me taking a leisurely afternoon walk through a park. It's the perfect podcast to help you unwind, complete with a tranquil background track playing softly in the background. The first three minutes of the episode include soft-spoken words of positive affirmation, designed to create a calming atmosphere and prepare you for a restful night's sleep. The remaining portion of the video features us strolling through the park, with the sounds of our footsteps on different surfaces, such as snow, gravel, and pavement, as well as other natural ambience. I'm excited to share this with you. I hope you enjoy it!

    Good night.

Give a thumb up if you want to build a snowman ⛄️

ASMR for People who NEED SLEEP NOW (60 trigger assortment)

ASMR for People who NEED SLEEP NOW (60 trigger assortment)

Hi! Hope I caught you jolly and relaxed. Are you ready to sleep NOW?

This is a full hour long video with 60 different tingles at about 1 minute each (some experimental). And this completes what I set out to do last week which was to do a 60 minute episodes with 60 different triggers. The first half of the video consists of 30 new triggers and the latter part is the same as last week's episode in the same order.

The ASMR tingles are created though light tapping, fast tapping, scratching, crinkling, hand sounds, brushing, water drinking, cutting, tracing, writing on different objects.

Tip: Speed up playback to 1.25 to 2x for extra chills down your neck and spine. (Subscribe if this trick works for you tingle-immuned ppl) =D

ASMR 60 tingly reasons to sleep tonight (part 1)

ASMR 60 tingly reasons to sleep tonight (part 1)

So basically there are 30 triggers; 30 minutes in this part 1 of the full hour episode that I set out to do. Turned out that doing 60 tingly triggers at 1 minute each at 12:18am on the day the video should be released after a 12 hour work day was too much for my 36-year-old body. Anyhow! This first part is super numbing and sends tingles down your spine. Check out timestamp below. Enjoy and have a good night. Sleep well.

See you again next week in part 2!

Serious ASMR tingles for people who need SLEEP right NOW

Serious ASMR tingles for people who need SLEEP right NOW

Tingles alert! Try sleeping & relaxing to this episode. It’s a whole podcast of long, slow strokes of mic scratching with the roughest part of my head— stubbles. It was a request from my friend, and I am a good friend. The episode starts off with some hand sounds, finger flutters, mic rubbing and eases in to half hour long stubbles scratching and some gentle whispers of my attempt to hypnotize you to fall asleep. Hope you enjoy, good night.

See you again next week. :)
