A Thankful Parent
I never listened to podcasts, but my sister suggested them one day when my daughter’s battle with OCD/emetophobia/ARFID was getting out of control. I stumbled across Natasha, whether by luck or divine intervention, and her input has been life altering. Her podcasts are amazing, as are her classes and YouTube channel videos. She has a unique ability to speak to us as parents as well as our kids. She is always trying to help and putting out timely, incredibly useful information in an easily digestible format. She gets OCD and anxiety and kids like no one else. If you are looking for an incredible resource to help you and your family in your struggle with a child who has OCD and anxiety, AT Parenting is a must!

I don’t remember how I stumbled across your name and found your podcast but it has been heaven sent. I really need this right now and am learning so much about how to support my anxious 5 year old. Thank you!
